Swimming Pool, Sun Deck, and Hot Tub
Catch some rays on the sun deck, cool off in the swimming pool, or relax in the hot tub at the Clubhouse. Open from May through September, the pool is available for residents and their guests to enjoy. The pool's expansive sundeck provides comfortable lounge chairs that encourage conversation, reading, or just napping.

Residents may take advantage of two gas grills adjacent to the pool deck. They feature direct line gas and two grilling surfaces for different levels of cooking as well as a tiled food prep area. Residents frequently enjoy meals poolside at one of several tables with shade umbrellas.

Cranbrook's Hot Tub is open year round and offers a great place to unwind and melt the stress away.

Biltmore Park Walking Trail
Cranbrook's setting within Biltmore Park provides a unique outdoor exercise opportunity via the Biltmore Park Walking Trail. This paved walking trail extends for nearly 5 miles and features wooded. creekside vistas, neighborhoods of apartments, townhomes and large single family homes, and the Biltmore Town Square. The Town Square is home to a variety of eateries, shops, and a state-of-the-art YMCA. Cranbrook's residents can walk, run, bike, or rollerblade while surrounding themselves with nature, sunlight, and the fresh mountain air of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Numerous park benches dot the walking trails and offer a resting spot or a place to sit and absorb the peace and quiet.

Car Care Center
The Car Care Center provides our residents with a convenient and cost effective way to keep their vehicles clean and free from salt build-up in the winter months. Four high-pressure water hoses suspended from the ceiling corners and a professional quality vacuum will make you think you're "working at the car wash"! The Car Care Center is open from 9AM to 10 PM during the summer months and opens when the temperature is above freezing during the winter.

	Pet Park The Cranbrook Pet Park encompassses a fenced, wooded half acre where dogs and owners can get their exercise. We've notice that the owners are even more gregarious than their pets!
	Mountain Bikes Cranbrook at Biltmore Park offers two Mountain Bikes for residents' use. Helmets are provided by Cranbrook.
	Garages There are nine garages for rent throughout the Cranbrook at Biltmore Park property. They offer 240 square feet of storage space and are considered a one-car garage. Please contact the management in the Leasing Office for availability. Storage Units In addition to garages, Cranbrook at Biltmore Park also offers 18 storage units. Each unit is located in the same buildings as the garages and offers 40 square feet of storage space. Please contact the management in the Leasing Office for availability.
