call 911 or the Buncombe County Sheriff at 255-5555.
If a resident becomes locked out of an apartment
during business hours, come to the Leasing Office for a key to
the apartment. If a resident becomes locked out during Non-Business
hours, please contact the Answering Service at 681-0033. The Courtesy
Officer or a member of the staff will be contacted. A resident
must be on the lease in order for a key to be given out at any
time. There are no exceptions. Please note that if the lock out
occurs during Non-Business Hours, the resident will be charged
a fee of $35.00.
The Buncombe County Noise Ordinance is in effect
from 10 PM – 6 AM. It is the position of the management
at Cranbrook Park that residents attempt to diplomatically resolve
noise issues among their neighbors. In case a resident feels that
they are unable to directly address a neighbor concerning a violation
of the Noise Ordinance, please contact the Buncombe County Sheriff
at 255-5555.
