The Great Room's comfort, elegance, and welcoming style provide a daily option for "resort living".
Enjoy a fresh cup of coffee while reading the newspaper or a favorite book on the plush couches or
the soft leather chairs. The Great Room has plenty of seating, and a kitchen area for food preparation
that includes an icemaker, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. The Great Room can accommodate up to
75 guests and helps out in the entertainment department with its 36" Television, DVD player, and stereo.

With a conference table that seats up to 8 people, the Business Center
provides residents a facility for formal or informal meetings. Our Business
Center also features a computer workstation for use 24 hours a day. Residents
can check email, surf the internet, or write a letter. The workstation also features
an all-in-one copier/printer/fax/scanner that residents may use at any time. In addition,
Cranbrook at Biltmore Park residents may bring their laptop to the clubhouse (or pool deck)
and surf the internet using the WI-FI connection.

The Fitness Center at Cranbrook at Biltmore
Park is a convenient place to make good on those pesky New Year's
resolutions! It's available 24/7, so there goes another excuse.
The Fitness Center features two health club quality elliptical
trainers, two treadmills, and a recumbent bike for cardio workouts.
A multi-station weight resistance trainer plus a broad selection
of free weights round out the exercise options.

Although all of our apartments do feature
Washer and Dryer connections, Cranbrook at Biltmore Park features
an on-site Laundry Center. Like the Business Center and Fitness
Center, it is open 24 hours a day and is accessible with a security
code. It comes equipped with 6 washers and 6 dryers. A "card"
system enables residents to purchase washer and drying loads
using either cash or a credit card.
